The Arabay Costa Rica Don Claudio comes from Arabay in Palma — Mallorca's first specialty microroaster. It's a washed single-origin from the Don Claudio farm in the Brunca region, grown on rich volcanic soil between 1,400 and 2,100 metres and picked entirely by hand. The result is a clean, lively cup: citrussy and fruity, with notes of lemon, sugar cane and ripe berries and a bright acidity that wakes you right up.
It's at its best enjoyed black — as a filter coffee, an americano or a Cold Brew when the day warms up. We bring it along with your machine, so the good stuff is ready from your very first morning.
