WARM DROP · WINTER ON MALLORCA
Not a plug-in radiator. A real heat pump that warms a cold finca and clears the damp — delivered, set up, and collected after your stay. You just feel at home.
Many of Mallorca's loveliest fincas were built for summer — thick stone walls, tiled floors, deep shade. Wonderful in August. But in December that same stone holds the cold, and the sea air leaves everything faintly damp. No central heating, maybe one electric radiator that eats electricity and does nothing about the moisture. Waking up cold in a beautiful house is its own small disappointment.
We bring the fix to your door: a Midea PortaSplit heat pump, mounted and running before we leave. It warms the room quickly and quietly — and when the walls feel clammy, its dry mode pulls the moisture out of the air.

anywhere on the island, mounted on the window and running.
at the end of your stay. You don't lift a finger.
Most fincas, if they have anything, have an electric radiator or a fan heater. They're cheap to buy and brutal to run: they turn one unit of electricity into one unit of heat, and they do nothing for the damp. A heat pump moves heat instead of making it — so it delivers roughly three to four times the warmth per unit of power, and it barely shows on the bill over a week. And the same machine has a dry mode for the moisture a radiator can't touch. So we rent the one unit that handles both, properly.
One machine, chosen because it works — in both directions. Rooms up to 42 m², warm and dry through the cool months, quiet enough for a bedroom. Tell us which room and we'll check the fit before we come.
HEAT PUMP
The same split system we cool fincas with all summer — run in reverse. In heat-pump mode it warms a stone room efficiently (A+); in dry mode it pulls the moisture out when the walls feel clammy. The slim outdoor unit hangs on the included window bracket, connected by a flat 2.7 cm line — no bulky ducting, no radiator glare, no fan-heater roar. From €39/day.
The outdoor unit hangs on a window bracket, and the connection to the indoor unit is two metres long. So before we deliver, we agree with you which window it goes on and where the indoor unit will stand — the living room by day, the bedroom by night, whichever room you actually use. A photo of the room on WhatsApp is usually all it takes.
Delivered and set up across the whole island — we mount the outdoor unit, seal the window and start it running.
A heat pump, not a radiator. Efficient warmth, plus a dry mode for the damp.
Cleaned and serviced between every stay.

Yes. Nothing is installed and nothing is drilled. The outdoor unit hangs on a bracket that clamps to the window frame, and it all comes away with us at the end of your stay.
Yes — 12,000 BTU in heat-pump mode heats rooms up to 42 m². For an open-plan or very tall room, tell us the size and we'll check the fit before we come.
That's the dry mode. It pulls moisture out of the air — the one thing an electric radiator can't do — so windows and walls stay clearer.
Yes. A heat pump is A+ rated: it moves heat rather than burning electricity to make it, so you get roughly three to four times the warmth per unit of power. Over a week that's a real difference on the bill.
Most work: standard tilt-and-turn windows, French windows, balcony doors and roof windows. We agree the spot for the indoor unit beforehand — the connection to the window is two metres long.
39 dB(A) in Silent mode, and the compressor sits outside rather than in the room with you.
Rentals start from a €150 order value — comfortably covered by a long weekend or a week's stay.
