Many of Mallorca's most beautiful fincas and holiday homes were built for stone and shade, not for August nights. Some have no air conditioning at all. Others have one tired unit that quits exactly when you need it most. Either way — you didn't fly here to lie awake sweating.
We bring the fix to your door: a Midea PortaSplit, mounted on the window and running before we leave. The compressor sits outside where it belongs, so the only thing you feel indoors is the cool air.

Why we only rent split units
Before we bought anything, we tested the usual mobile air conditioners at length — the single box with the wide hose out of the window. The results didn't come close to what we'd want in a room we were paying to sleep in, so we didn't put them in the range.
The reason is in the design. The compressor sits inside the room, making heat while it tries to remove it, and the hose draws warm air back in behind it. A split unit puts the compressor outside where it belongs. Everything on your side of the window then does one job: cool air.
So we bought the machine we would want ourselves. The Midea PortaSplit is in high demand right across Europe — and it is the only air conditioner we rent.

The slim outdoor unit hangs on the included window bracket, connected by a flat 2.7 cm hose — no wide exhaust duct, no compressor humming next to your bed. 12,000 BTU cools rooms up to 42 m², and the heat-pump mode warms them just as efficiently out of season.
We mount it, seal the window, start it running and hand you the remote — then collect everything after your stay. From €39/day.
💡 GOOD TO KNOW
The outdoor unit hangs on a window bracket, and the connection to the indoor unit is two metres long. So before we deliver, we agree with you which window it goes on and where the indoor unit will stand. A photo of the room on WhatsApp is usually all it takes.

Frequently asked questions
My finca has no AC at all — can you still help?
Yes. Nothing is installed and nothing is drilled. The outdoor unit hangs on a bracket that clamps to the window frame, and it all comes away with us at the end of your stay.
What kind of window do I need?
Most work: standard tilt-and-turn windows, French windows, balcony doors and roof windows. The one thing we agree with you beforehand is where the indoor unit will stand — the connection to the window is two metres long, so we plan the spot together before we deliver.
Can I use it in winter?
Yes. It's a heat pump, so it heats as efficiently as it cools — which matters in a stone-built house in January.
Is it noisy?
39 dB(A) in Silent mode, and the compressor sits outside rather than in the room with you.
How does setup work?
We mount the outdoor unit on the window bracket, seal the opening, start it running and hand you the remote. No tools, no drilling, nothing left behind.
How long can I rent for?
Rentals start from a €150 order value — comfortably covered by a typical week's stay.
When should I book?
Summer availability moves fast. Book as early as your dates are set.
