A balance bike is how little kids learn to ride — no pedals, no stabilisers, just gliding, balancing and having a blast. The woom GO 1 is built around a small child: at 3 kg it's light enough for an 18-month-old to pick up, wheel and steer, with a low step-over and forgiving geometry that keeps them stable. A real hand brake and a flexible steering limiter mean they build the right habits — and stay upright — from day one.

We bring it to your villa, finca or holiday apartment anywhere on Mallorca, adjust the saddle to your child and hand it over ready to ride, with a correctly sized woom helmet included. At the end of your stay we collect it. No wrestling a bike and helmet through the airport — it's here waiting instead. The good stuff, ready to roll.

How it works

1. Send us a request. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and where you're staying — we'll take it from there.
2. We confirm the details. We check availability and send you a confirmation, including your final delivery fee, along with a booking link to lock it in.
3. We deliver & set it up. We bring it to your accommodation anywhere on Mallorca, get it ready to use, and show you how it works if you'd like.
4. Enjoy the good stuff. It's yours for the whole stay, with everything you need included.
5. We collect it. At the end of your booking we come and pick it up. Nothing to return, nothing to store.

Delivery & pickup: Our €49 flat fee covers the whole island, wherever you're staying — free on orders over €500. For short-notice requests that need sourcing, it can be higher; we'll always confirm your exact fee before you book.

Included: full setup, a quick run-through and everything that comes with it.

Deposit: A refundable deposit applies, based on your rental, and is confirmed when you book. It's only held on your card after delivery, and released once we've checked everything back in.

Frequently asked questions

What does „on request" mean?

We don't keep these on the shelf year-round — we source or reserve them for your specific booking. Send us your dates and where you're staying, and we'll confirm whether we can have it ready for you. It's how we offer a few special pieces without holding every one of them in stock all season.
How does the request process work?

Three simple steps. First, message us on WhatsApp with your travel dates and your accommodation. Second, we'll check availability and send you a confirmation — including your final delivery fee — together with a quote or booking link. Third, delivery, setup, and collection happen exactly as they do for everything else: brought to your door, ready to enjoy, and picked up after your stay.
How far in advance should I get in touch?

As early as you can, ideally — especially in high season. The more lead time we have, the better the chance we can confirm your item and fit it neatly into your delivery.
Do the usual rental conditions apply?

Yes. The €150 minimum order value and the security deposit (scaled to your order) work exactly as they do across our standard range. Delivery is the one part we confirm individually. Our €49 flat fee covers the whole island — where you're staying never changes the price. What can change it is short notice: when a piece has to be sourced and brought over specially for your dates, delivery can be higher. We'll always quote it clearly before you commit — no surprises.
Can I add an on-request item to a regular booking?

Absolutely. On-request pieces combine with anything else in our range, so you can build one complete order — all delivered together.
How long can I rent for?

For as long as your stay — there's no fixed minimum number of days. Instead, every order simply needs to reach our €150 minimum order value, so you're free to choose what fits your trip: a long weekend, a week, or the full length of your holiday.
Is everything clean and ready to use?

Always. Every item is thoroughly cleaned and checked between rentals, so it reaches you spotless and works from the first use.
What if something stops working during my stay?

Just message us. If anything fails, we'll bring a replacement as quickly as we can.
What if something gets damaged?

A refundable deposit is held on your card after delivery — the amount depends on your rental and is shown at checkout, and it's released once we've checked everything back in. Everyday use is completely fine; the deposit only covers damage beyond that.
Can I extend my rental?

Usually yes — message us before your booking ends and we'll sort it out if the item is still free and the rental can be extended.
